These Rewards Terms ("Rewards Terms") govern participation in the RedHat Catering Rewards program ("Rewards Program") operated by RedHat Catering ("RedHat Catering," "we," "us," or "our").
By participating in the Rewards Program, you agree to these Rewards Terms as well as our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
Participation in the Rewards Program is available to eligible customers who meet the requirements communicated by RedHat Catering.
RedHat Catering may limit eligibility based on account status, customer type, geographic availability, promotional requirements, or other applicable conditions.
2. Enrollment
Where enrollment is offered, you may be required to provide certain information such as your name and email address.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information associated with your Rewards account remains accurate and current.
3. Earning Rewards
Eligible purchases, activities, or promotional offers may qualify for Rewards benefits as communicated by RedHat Catering at the time of the applicable offer.
Not every purchase or transaction will necessarily qualify for Rewards. Certain products, services, fees, promotional purchases, taxes, delivery charges, or other amounts may be excluded.
The specific earning rate, qualifying activities, and applicable restrictions will be communicated with the applicable Rewards offer.
4. Redemption
Rewards may be redeemed only in accordance with the redemption instructions communicated by RedHat Catering.
Rewards may be subject to minimum redemption amounts, expiration dates, eligible products or services, or other restrictions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred or resold.
5. Promotional Offers
From time to time, RedHat Catering may offer promotional Rewards, bonuses, referral benefits, or other incentives.
Promotional offers may have additional terms, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, or restrictions. If additional terms conflict with these Rewards Terms, the specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion.
6. Rewards Expiration
Rewards may expire according to the expiration period communicated when the Rewards are issued or earned.
If no expiration period is stated for a particular reward, RedHat Catering may establish a reasonable expiration period and communicate it to eligible participants.
7. Account Restrictions
Each participant may maintain only the number of Rewards accounts permitted by RedHat Catering.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate a Rewards account where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, manipulation, unauthorized activity, or a violation of these Rewards Terms.
8. No Transfer or Resale
Unless expressly permitted by RedHat Catering, Rewards benefits are personal to the eligible participant and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, exchanged, or otherwise commercially exploited.
9. Changes to the Rewards Program
RedHat Catering may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards Program or any part of it when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
Changes may include modifications to earning rates, qualifying activities, redemption options, eligibility requirements, expiration periods, or other program features.
10. Program Availability
We will make reasonable efforts to operate the Rewards Program reliably. However, the program may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, operational changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
11. Taxes
Participants are responsible for determining and paying any taxes that may arise from their participation in or receipt of benefits from the Rewards Program, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Rewards Program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to These Rewards Terms
We may update these Rewards Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
